How can I join?
You can join using your credit card or, if you have a US checking account, by on-line check. More information on the joining options are given here.

How will the charge appear on my credit card/bank statement?
Very discreetly as "CCBill".

What do I do if I've joined and have been billed but I cannot access the site?
Email support@johnnyrebel.com with the username you chose when you joined.

What do I do if am being billed but my password doesn't work?
Email support@johnnyrebel.com with the username you chose when you joined.

How do I cancel my membership and stop being billed?
You can visit our credit card processor's web site (CCBill.com) and cancel your subscription at any time. Alternatively, you can email support@johnnyrebel.com with your subscription details.

How often do you update?
We update with two photo sets a day, and at least two movie scenes each week!

Why can't I get the movie clips to work?
There are two types of movie on the site: Streaming clips in Windows Media format and High Quality downloads in DivX AVI format.

For the streaming clips, we recommend that you download and install the latest version of Windows Media Player. For the DivX clips, you will also need to download and install the DivX codec.

Can I be in the photo shoots?
Erm, you'd better ask Johnny that!
